Paolo Nutini Speaks Out About Canceled Amy Winehouse Dates...and Add Some Of His Own U.S. Tourdates

Paolo Nutini was set to play all U.S. dates for the upcoming Amy Winehouse tour but we all know what happened to THAT.

"I'm terribly disappointed we have to delay these shows. I'll be thinking a good thought for Amy. She is a remarkable talent and I am very much looking forward to sharing stages with her in the New Year. In the meantime, I'm truly excited about this upcoming tour of North America.", says Nutini.

The good news is that Paolo will be playing the States by himself...and its a great live show so do your best to check him out. I am sure his cover of Rehab will be done once again on a nightly basis.

SXSW Official List Finally Up!

Here is the official list for bands playing SXSW so far. I can't even read the list...it makes my eyes hurt.

All I know is this flier was released today on Stereogum and Paolo Nutini, Kings of Leon and The Stooges are playing on one stage...there goes my Saturday night plans

Paolo Nutini Makes Me Melt

You know I'm not usually one for the singer/songwriter type but I honestly cannot get enough of Paolo Nutini's record "These Streets" that was released today in the good ol' U.S. of A.

Its an absolute masterpiece...make sure to check him out.

Tomorrow he plays a sold out gig at the Bowery Ballroom in NYC...hopefully I will somehow make it to the gig and give you all a full report.
