Katy Perry Announces North American Tour

Katy Perry has been 2008's breakout star with now two hits under her belt ("I Kissed A Girl" and "Hot N Cold") and yes, I am a fan. There is something you can't resist about infectious pop with an 80's twist...

She'll be heading out on his first North American headlining tour in 2009 and playing some pretty small venues along the way.
